North Motorsport Billet Alloy Sports Prototype Uprights

Developed to fit a range of cars, including most variants of Radical SR3. The uprights have been engineered from a blank sheet, providing a lightweight and durable solution for high down-force cars. Further details available at North Motorsport

Works TR4 Rally Car Rocker Cover

The works cars reved much higher than their factory counterparts, and so breathed heavily. The original cork gaskets leaked badly. This revised design sees a move to positive sealing with viton o'ring gaskets and positively sealed fittings. AN fittings have been added to this design to provide flexibility for a reworked breather system.

Works TR4 Rally Car Diff Cover

Although the cars were successful, the original castings had numerous problems. The original covers continually leaked, and the diffs often overheated. The brief in this case was to develop a better mating design with an increased oil capacity and a send and return to support the addition of a diff oil cooler.

Ferrari 365 GT4 BB '74 Chassis Scan

We're delighted to be involved in the restoration of a 1974 Ferrari 365 GT4 BB. What you see here is a 3D scan of the chassis carried out prior to restoration. This scan is now being used to generate accurate replacement parts for areas of the chassis where time and road salt have not been kind.

As a limited run sports prototype, replacement parts are no longer available. To get this racer back on the track we're painstakingly modelling the originals, in this case with some improvements to air flow through the disks.

Ferrari 365 GT4 BB '74 Rear Chassis Section

From the 3D chassis scan we have been able to create a detailed model of the rear chassis section. This has allowed us to re-manufacture many of the hangers and mountings that had rusted away over the years; and hopefully one day return this wonder to the road where it belongs.

Ryan Rotary RX8 Low-Mount Turbo Manifold

Ryan Rotary Performance needed an extremely compact manifold, to allow the use of a larger turbo than would usually fit in this position. It was impossible to fabricate from mandrel bend/tube, and would have been difficult to productionise in a sheet steel workflow. So we did something a little unusual and CNC machined the manifold from Stainless Steel billet! Read more about it in our Facebook post.
